This large 6 bedroom vacation villa is beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished and has it's own private pool that is not overlooked from the rear. It is located within the prestigious Windsor Palms gated community where there is a security guard and gate to ensure your security and privacy. The Windsor Palms gated community is ideally located just 3 miles from the Disney entrance and has amazing resort facilities that are free to all guests. There are a wide range of activities and services available including basketball courts, bike hire, children's play area and Olympic size salt water Clubhouse pool. This villa is located in the secure gated (with guard) community of Windsor Palms. There is driveway parking and a path leading to the front door. Inside there is a large tiled floor Lobby with area rugs and tasteful furnishings. The Family Room has a tiled floor with colorful area rug, comfortable matching leather sofa, loveseat, armchair and foot stool. There is a glass coffee table, large screen television, stereo system, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, board games and books provided by the owners for guests to enjoy during their stay. There are sliding glass doors leading out onto the screened pool deck. The large, extensive Kitchen has everything you could need during your stay including double stainless stell sinks, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, kettle, blender, toaster and coffee maker. It has a tiled floor and there is a Kitchen Breakfast Bar with 2 high stools. The Dining Table has a large glass top table with seating for 6 and sits on a tile floor. There is a Half Bathroom with single sink, a toilet and a door leading out on to the screened pool deck. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, upgraded furniture and carpeted floor. There is a wall mounted flat screen television, a Work Station with HP computer and printer and a closet. There are sliding glass doors out onto the screened pool deck. The Master Bedroom has a large en-suite Bathroom with separate his and hers sinks, a tiled floor, bath, closet, separate walk in shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed with a bold poppy print comforter, a flat screen television and a carpeted flooring. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite Bathroom with a single sink, toilet, bath/shower and a tiled floor. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed with a grey and white pattered comforter, television/DVD and a carpeted floor. There is a carpeted staircase up to the second floor where there are 3 further Bedrooms and a Family Bathroom - Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Beds with blue/yellow patterned comforters and floral accents, Princess and Tinkerbell wall decorations, carpeted flooring, television and a closet. Bedroom 5 has 2 Twin Beds with pale blue/brown reversible stripe or paisley print comforters, carpeted flooring, television and a closet. Bedroom 6 has Mickey Mouse and Friends themed wall decorations, a television/DVD, a Playstation Gaming System, carpeted flooring, a double closet, a loveseat sofa and a colorful ceiling fan. This really is the perfect children's room with it's themed decor and fun bunkbeds with sports themed bedding - the bottom bed is a Full size bed and the upper bed is a Twin size. The large, private pool is not overlooked from the rear giving you a peaceful, private space to enjoy the sun and the pleasure of relaxing in your own swimming pool. There is also a separate spa. There is a large covered deck area with a table and 6 chairs. Pool heat is available at an additional charge should you require this. There is a brightly colored Games Room with an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, television/DVD player, a sofa and an armchair. There is also a separate full size Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. In addition to being close to the Prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and Driving Range, the resort is only a short drive from a host of other highly rated Central Florida golf courses. These include Southern Dunes, Orange County National and Reunion Resort.
