Terms and Conditions
Payments:
Payments can be made by:
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
- Check payments mail directly to: (Call for special instructions)
Reservations and Deposits:
All reservations require a payment of $150 to hold chosen dates. Balance due 14 days prior to your arrival. If you are arriving less than 14 days before arrival, full payment is required and reservation is non refundable.
Cancellation Policies:
- You must cancel at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund on all monies paid minus a $25 cancelation fee. If you cancel 13 days or less no refunds will be provided.
Responsibility:
- Guest hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of the rental, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy. A property protection plan will be offered to you during your registration process if you choose to accept.
- Guest hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Freedom Florida Vacation Rentals harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
- Guest in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
- Smoking is not permitted in any rental. A $300 fine may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
- No Pets of any kind are allowed in any rental. A $300 fine may be charged to have the rental professionally treated for dander and fleas.
Discounts:
- For a reservation to qualify for any type of discount you must be staying 3 consecutive nights.
- No discounts are provided on 5, 6, and 7 Bedroom Rentals.
- No discounts are provided during the Easter and Christmas period (This includes one week prior to/after the Holiday)
Cleaning Fees:
The cost of the cleaning fees are determined by the size of the vacation rental and is available to be seen during your online reservation process. If you are staying 7 nights or more we will happily waive this fee for you. Stays 6 nights or less will incur cleaning fee.
Minimum Night Stay:
The minimum stay is 3 nights accept during the Easter, Christmas and New Years period where its 5 nights. If a stay of only 2 nights is needed please contact us for availability.
NO SAME DAY ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTING ONLINE, PLEASE CALL DIRECTLY TO MAKE A SAME DAY RESERVATION.
Missing or Damaged Items:
Although the rental is inspected prior to your arrival and after your departure, we do encourage you to take look around. If you notice any missing or damaged items please refer to your check in details for the phone number to contact to report such items. If a report is not made we will assume all if fine. Guest is responsible for any missing or damaged items during their stay and guest gives permission to charge the card on file for replacement of the goods or to be repaired. If a property protection plan is purchased, the determination of the damages is solely up to Freedom Florida Vacation Rentals if it would be covered by the plan.
Relocations:
Although its rare, there may be instances that you will not get the rental you booked. The most common reasons are maintenance issues. Please remember these are privately owned rentals and sometimes are for sale. In this instance we will have to relocate you. In most cases we will contact you with options if there are several to choose from. Sometimes this can be last minute, so a change will be made and you will be contacted about the new location. Please no that when this happens we will be placing you in a similar or upgraded rental.
