Lake Wilson Preserve is a small well kept community of just 96 homes all in a Mediterranean style with Spanish tile roofs and block paved driveways. The estate is set on and surrounded by conservation land, some properties overlook small lakes, this home is in a quiet cul-da-sac and the pool area overlooks conservation.Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road & County Road 532 the home is only 10 minutes to Disney. Within a short drive you will find restaurants, supermarkets and shops. This stylish 5 bedroom, 4 full bath, two story pool home is the ideal base for your family vacation. Downstairs is the first Queen bedroom with separate full bathroom. Upstairs is the huge master suite with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a separate garden tub. The bedroom also has a balcony which overlooks the pool area. There is the 2nd Queen bedroom and 2 further bedrooms, each with twin beds that share a bathroom. This home accommodates a total of 10 people and there are TV’s in all bedrooms As with all of our vacation rentals, this home comes with everything you will need for a memorable Orlando experience. The fully equipped kitchen has full size cooker, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, and utensils at your disposal. Also, there is a washer & dryer. There is a large, comfortable living room with a big screen TV and comfortable seating. There is formal dining table and a dinette. The pool area is delightful area to relax and enjoy the glorious Florida sun with its extended and oversized pool deck which overlooks lush conservation. Access to the 4th full bathroom is gained from the pool area. The pool deck features a 6 chair patio table and 4 sun loungers. There is also a decorative Spa feature added to the pool. Though this is not a fully operational spa it is the ideal place to sit and cool off on a hot summers day whilst taking in the relaxing surroundings. Lake Wilson Preserve is close to all the major attractions & theme parks being only ten minutes from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are only minutes away. The nearest beaches are within a sixty minute drive. For the golf enthusiast the property is ideally located for numerous spectacular golf courses and is only minutes from Champions Gate Boulevard, which offers a world class golf experience. Designed by international champion, Greg Norman, Champions Gate is also the new headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Orlando offers over 150 challenging courses. With year round sunshine and immaculate facilities, the only trouble you have is deciding which course to play. Orlando International airport is approximately a 35 minute drive. Sanford airport is about a 65 minute drive.
