This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome within the beautiful Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This home has been individually furnished to a high standard by the current owners making it unique to the other townhomes on this resort. It is an end unit and is one of the largest homes on the resort. This home has 4 large bedrooms including 2 master suites both with en-suite bathrooms. It also has 2 twin rooms and a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room. It will sleep 10 people comfortably and has all of the amenities that you would expect at home including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, a patio leading from the sitting room and a balcony leading from the upstairs master suite. Every bedroom has a flat screen LCD TV and a DVD Player. There is a large 37" wall mounted flat screen LCD TV and DVD in the Family Room. The Regal Palms Resort has many amenties for your family to enjoy including a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide and playground. There is a clubhouse with 24 hours check in, business center, restaurant, spa and games room. Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a safe, private, gated resort which can only be entered with electronic key cards. It has two heated pools, a children's pool, a waterslide, lazy river ride and a heated jacuzzi surrounded by waterfalls. Within the clubhouse there is a restaurant, sports bar and a game room Please Note: There is a resort fee which is paid to Regal Palms directly for their facilities which are really good and include pool, lazy river, slide, gym etc. This charge is $22.95 + tax per night per house. A credit card is also needed as Regal Palms take $150.00 authorization as a fully refundable security deposit. Area Attractions The resort is 8 miles from Disney and the Theme Parks and 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. In addition to being directly opposite the entrance to the Prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and Driving Range, the resort is only a short drive from a host of other highly rated Central Florida golf courses. These include Southern Dunes, Orange County National and Reunion Resort.
